Ming Hsu is William Halford Jr. Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where he holds appointments in the Haas School of Business and the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute.
Prof. Hsu is a pioneer in application of neuroscientific and computational methods to improve managers' abilities to predict and understand customers' underlying thoughts, feelings, and intentions. His work has been widely published in top scientific journals such as Science and has been widely covered in the general and business press.
He received his Ph.D. in Economics from California Institute of Technology and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
